How do I open a zip file?

Once the file has downloaded, right-click on the file and Extract All. All of the PDF/PowerPoint files should then be extracted.

How long do I have before I can download my file?

You MUST download your file within the first 24 hours of purchasing. If you have any problems please contact me and I can help you out.

Can I pay in Australian Dollars?

Yes. All prices on the Tech Teacher Pto3 website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are outside Australia, you can still purchase these products but you will need to pay in Australian Dollars.

Is GST (Goods and Services Tax) included in the price of my purchase?

At this time, GST is not applied to your purchases. 

 

Why are your prices different from those on Teachers Pay Teachers?

The prices on Teachers Pay Teachers are in USD. The prices on the Tech Teacher Pto3 website are set in AUD to help Australian teachers pay in their own currency. The prices have been converted from USD to AUD but I have endeavoured to keep the costs reasonable for Australian teachers.

 

What is your teaching experience?

I am an Australian Registered Teacher with a Masters in Education. I have experience in curriculum writing and education policy research. I am currently an Australian Primary School Teacher in Queensland, Australia.

 

Do you have printed hard copies of your products you can post to me?

No. All products are PDF or PowerPoints downloads, so you can instantly download them.

 

Can I edit my product once I have downloaded it?

No. All products are flattened for copyright reasons (in particular for clip artists whose products I have used).

 

I found a typo in your product – what can I do?

All of my products have been proofread by an editor but from time to time small typos happen. Please contact me and I can fix any typos immediately.

 

Can you add something or make some changes to my download?

Minor changes can sometimes be made, however, most major changes can be done for a small fee. Please contact me to enquire further. Unless stated otherwise.

 

I purchased your product, but can I share it with my teaching colleagues?

No. Please be fair and purchase individual copies for each person using the product. This is also a requirement for copyright reasons. If you would like to purchase additional licences, please visit Teachers Pay Teachers to arrange an additional licence or contact me directly for a licence fee cost.
